Hey,
With 557 marks, you will get a rank between 19967-23501. You can check here https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-rank-predictor
Since you did not mention your category, I am assuming you are of general category.
Based on previous year cut off, you have chances of getting a MBBS seat in the following self financing colleges in Tamil Nadu-
- Christian Medical College
- CMC Vellore
- PSG Institute of Medical Sciences

Since you are from outside Karnataka, there is little to no chance of getting private open seats there as last year it closed around 17839.
Since you are from Kerala, you have a chance of getting MBBS/BDS seat in the following colleges -

hiii....I got 600+ in neet but my tamil nadu state board examination of twelth mark is 535/600.... I think medical admission is purely based on the neet mark and not based on twelth mark
Hello candidate
I hope you must be doing well. Stay safe. Firstly Congratulations for your outstanding performance at your examinations. Yes you are right that medical admission is completely based on the neet marks. In certain colleges eligibility criteria may differ which affect the admission of low percentage candidate. It is mandatory for all colleges to be qualified in intermediate with an aggregate of certain percentage which is mentioned in the eligibility criteria.
thanks.
