According to the percentile mentioned by you in the question you cannot get very good or tier 1 colleges but yes you can try for the following colleges :-

• CEG, anna university.
• Velammal  Engineering College.
• PSG  College of technology.
• SSN  School of Management.
• UNOM, University of Madras

As you have not mentioned your category so it is little bit difficult to guide you accurately with the list of colleges because for different categories cut-offs are different.

As per your score, you are eligible for 2nd tier college option. You can apply for 1st tier college option using categorical rank. Here are some college options for suggestion:-
