You have a decent score , you may get colleges such as Asan Memorial College of Arts & Science, Chennai , Maharaja Prithvi Engineering College ,University of Madras, Chennai etc

previous year tancet MCA cutoff for thiagaraja college of enginnering is much higher than you have got , you can not get a seat in this college unless you SC category certificate since for that cutoff was around 31.

try some other college instead
