TANCET has released cutoff for MBA,MTech and MCA.  if you are asking regarding MTech in ME then as per your percentile score or normalized score, you belong to grade A where you can apply for first tier colleges like CEG,MIT, AC Tech Campus. Normalized score is calculated by the formula :- 40+(10/S)(R-M) where S means standard deviation, R means raw score and M means mean score.

cutoff for OBC category is not available. it will be released by different colleges during counselling.  Keep checking for suitable college as per your score.

Actually percentile is not enough to say about the possibility of seats. Because it is only refer the numbers which are defines how many of students are far behind from you.

For the govt colleges you need to have minimum of 60% in TANCET.

But besides all these there are a lot of colleges those who are accept your marks.

As your percentile is 83.18%  and TANCET is the exam that is couducted for MBA/MTECH/MArch/MCA and the cutoff marks based on category for General or oc is 37.5 and for BC is 35.25, SC 25.5,ST is 22.5 and the calculation can be done by the below formula

N= 40+(10/s) X (R-M)

As Tancet is the exam conducted for getting seat for good colleges for MBA/MArch/MCA/ME as u score 82 percentile of marks accordingly and the cutoff marks will be based on category and no. of candidates appeared for the exam, difficulty level of question paper,no.of seats available,previous year cutoff marks and based on your percentile u may get seat in the colleges
