Telangana state board 2021 result have been declared

You need to choose code 3 as you have passed from Telangana state board.

This is because,

Telangana state board i.e Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education offers intermediate.

And,
code 3 says it is for those passed their intermediate / pre- degree examination or pre university ( Puc) with physics, chemistry, biology and English ,your physics, chemistry and biology should also contain practical exam.
