i have complete my mba can i apply for lawcet. If i can apply which i can choose llb or llm
First of all TS LAWCET is only conducted for admission to five year law program based on 12th educational qualifications and three years LLB based on passed graduation in any discipline from a recognized university with 45% aggregate, in case of admission to LLM for which only law graduates are applicable whether it's five years or three years, it's done through TS PGLCET, both the entrance test are conducted by Osmania University on behalf of TSCHE. So, you're eligible for LLB based on the eligibility criteria of graduation if you have 45% aggregate, your MBA degree will not help in appearing for LLM, the reason being as I mentioned earlier you need to be a law graduate whether it's five year law program or three years law program which you have pursued, nevertheless for more clarity on this matter, you may go through our pages as follows-
