The counselling dates are not yet out. The counselling for first phase of 3 year LLB and 5 year LLB will be held in the third week of October
For phase 2, both will be in the first week of November.

And after completion of studies you can't apply for any kind of scholarships.

Scholarships are only the students who presently study it's not for them who already studied.

What is the tentative dates for counselling of TS Lawcet 2019 for 3 year LLB?
Hi Suveer,
The Osmania University, Hyderabad(the governing body of TS-LAWCET), will start with the TS LAWCET 2019 counseling for admissions to three years and five years integrated LLB programs in the third week of October 2019. For taking part in the counseling process, you have to meet the cutoff marks as published for TS-LAWCET 2019 and also meet the other eligibility criteria and then have to get your documents verified at the specified centers. Only then you can take part in the counseling process of TS-LAWCET 2019.

What is eligibility for cut off?
Hello,
- Candidates applying for any of the programs must score a minimum of 42 marks out of 120 marks to be eligible for the merit list.
- There are no criteria of minimum qualifying marks for SC/ST category students.
- For 3-year LLB program, 21 colleges will accept the scores of the law exam.
- Whereas, for 5-year integrated law program, 13 law schools will accept the scores of TS LAWCET 2019 .
What is last date of councelling for register?
Hello Priyabhaydani.
No official dates for counselling registration has been released yet. Till now the only information that is available is that the first phase of counselling is supposed to take place on the third week of October. The second phase is going to take place on the first week of November. All these dates are tentative though and are subject to change.
