As per your concern, you should already know that the counseling procedure has started on the 8th of August with Certificate verification and dates for counselling has been mentioned rank wise. 

For 2nd round counselling, you can either opt to choose the institute given or else reject the option and then upgrade.

Congrats for getting such a good rank in TS PGECET. According to the previous year trends, you have a high chance of getting a seat in Vasthada with this rank. Cutoff changes every year due to paper difficulty, no of students appearing for the exam and counselling, no of seats present, so cutoff may vary. But don't worry. If not in the first round then in later rounds. Have patience and apply for the counselling. I hope you get your desired seat and college.

If you don't want to take admissions in Jntuk it branch,than you need to apply for second counselling if date for it is available else not possible.For checking and applying for 2nd round counselling you can go to official website of eamcet.over there check out counselling portal.

No, you cannot report at the alloted college and take part at the second phase web counselling simultaneously as reporting at the college means you are taking admission in the college and so your name would be removed from the list. If you do not report then you can definitely take part in the second phase web counselling.

Your rank is good. You didn't got a seat as for first round the rank cutoff might be low than your rank. You will get one in further rounds for sure. If you have given the options of the  colleges where you have chances to get an admission then you will surely get one. That's the main importance in choice filling. That is a very crucial part in counselling.

Hey Bhaskar! If you are talking about the biometric systems in private colleges for M.tech so I want to inform you that the biometric system is not compulsory for any college. This completely depends on the college you are pursuing your education. Big colleges which are reputed charge more fees for the same course and provides all the additional things. Yes you can go for 2nd round counselling. There is been always this facility. If you don't like the seats in one round then you go for the coming rounds. You should go for the next round counselling. You will get one which will be interesting for you as per the choice filling you have done.
