according to me counsilling fee u have to pay at the help line centre only thry dont provide any link or website to pay the counsilling fee
1. for sc/st 600 rs.
2. others 1200 rs.

Yes that is true you are supposed to pay the fees before, is what I know from most cases, during verification you don't have to pay fees, the fee payment part is totally online, and you get a receipt or a record that you have paid the fees, so that you don't face any problems later. You have to print the receipt and keep it ready to show it to the authorities and confirm. All the best!
Do they take original certificates for TSPGCET or would they return after verification?

This thing varies from college to college.
Some want only original certificates and even submit them there.
While, some submits only the xerox copy of it and returned the original one.

Yes it is compulsory for you to have your original memo card with you during counselling. If you've lost it then contact the official authorities for giving you an another copy of your memo card.

No.. first you have to complete your study if you complete your study then you may get a big Exposure in future than than this. education is more important than earning it is your achievement so don't leave it if you want to earn some money take some part time jobs but don't leave your study it is a primary important thing .

Hello,
If you have your a xerox copy of your hall ticket then it's alright. After the exam is finished you might submit a written letter to your exam centre if possible stating the loss of your hall ticket.
If neither of the above is possible then during certificate examination you might submit an application and give your score card,seat allotment letter, etc.
