Residence certificate is for to identify a particular person belongs to a particular state the validity of residence certificate is 5years so your certificate is issued on 2013 so it is expired on 2018 so you need to update it your certificate is invalid

Dear the documents required are

• GATE Score card

• Degree/Provisional certificate and Marksheets of qualifying examination

• Marksheets and certificates of class 10 and 12

• Category certificates from competent authority (In case of student claiming reservation)

• Residence certificates/Domicile certificate

• Aadhaar Card

• Income certificate issue after 01.01.2019

So,you should ask your college for this and also the authorities at counselling centre.These documents are mandatory.Only they can help you.

TS PGECET or Telangana Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test is a state level entrance exam administered by Osmania University, Hyderabad on behalf of TSCHE. The documents required for TS PGECET verification are

Hello aspirant ! Let me to inform you that according to the rules of the Ap pgecet the students are required to pay registration fee for counseling before the verification of the documents. After the payment only you can submit documents for verification purpose. After verification you have options entry .

Ideally, they require the student him/herself to be present and get the documents verified as every details are there which needs to be verified by the student only. But in emergency cases, they might allow if you cannot be present. But make sure you have other options if they reject your plea. Better to call them and ask.

if you havent't got it and won't get it within the deadline, you can produce the alternatives to them during document verification. Also, contact them for being sure about this, if at a later stage you will get a chance to upload the original degree or not.
