Hey Byamini! Special category certificate (like NCC/ PH/ Sports/ CTS etc) are accepted. TS PGECET or Telangana Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test is a state level entrance exam administered by Osmania University, Hyderabad on behalf of TSCHE.

EBC is Economically Backward Class with this quota you get little relaxation in fees, but according to my knowledge there is no reimbursement for EBC quota. Hope this may help you. 

Hello Aspirant,TS PGECET 2019,till now there has been no exact date mentioned by the osmania university that conducts counseling on behalf of telangana State. Most probably the counselling will begin in July itself. The candidates must register themselves for the same by paying a fee of 1000.

Hello aspirant , it think this is more about your interest. If you are okay with Information and Technology branch, then you should go with it. If you are looking for some other branch then you should participate in counseling. Well it is more about how you study in your College . Your knowledge , whichever subject or branch  you take.
