hi I got 350 Marks neet.. can I get seat in vydehi( private quota 7.5 lakh) under telugu linguistic category?

Rashmita Paul 10th Oct, 2020

Hello Aspirant,

With this quota you may get or may not get a seat. In Vydehi Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre, Bangalore, there are total 250 seats for MBBS. So it is quite difficult for you to get a seat in this college. As your NEET score is 350. Your Overall Percentile is: 85.26 - 85.76 and when it comes to rank, your Predicted Rank is:204334 - 244484  . Also depends upon last years cut-off.

Use this to predict  the colleges by using this predictor link:

Hello Aspirant,

I am enlisting down the Linguistic Minority colleges in Karnataka :-

  • A.J. Institute of Medical Sciences
  • MVJ Medical College & Research Hospital
  • Navodaya Medical College
  • Raja Rajeshwari Medical College & Hospital
  • Sri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara Medical College
  • Vydehi Institute of Medical Sciences & Research Centre

Since you have not mentioned your category so considering it as general.

On such rank and category you have very low chances of getting any linguistic minority college under state quota of Karnataka according to previous year's cut-off. As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that last year the closing rank for linguistic minority colleges was around 1,00,000-1,15,000 under state quota for General category.

You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the link given below :-

https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-karnataka

Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.

hi I got 350 Marks in neet can I get seat in private college without donation.. category 3a and telugu linguistic..karnataka

priyaankasarkar Student Expert 9th Oct, 2020

A score of 350 your All India Rank is approximately  within 181904-194475 range. With this score, the chances of a Government Quota seat in Private Medical College are borderline. You might get a seat under Management Quota and that will require a fees nothing less than 15 lakhs. Having said that, this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. with 144030 rank in AIQ what may be the state rank prediction.i belong to karnataka with obc,cat1 Telugu linguistic, 371j reservation.

DrTeeth 12th Nov, 2020

The state rank is highly unpredictable as it depends upon a wide number of factors, which includes the total number of candidates competing for a seat in a category, number of seats available in a particular category and highest marks. Predicting state rank based on your AIR is a bit difficult, but here are some colleges that you might be able to get into based on your AIR:

1. Khwaja Bande Nawaz Institute Of Medical Sciences, Gulbarga

2. M023 Adichunchanagiri Institute of Medical Sciences, Bellur, Mandya Dist.

(Management seats in both).
