As per my knowledge the concern department will contact you to submit the Xerox of desired documents so need not to worry your form will not get rejected on these small issues. Be careful while going for document verification.

IGNOU is a recognized university, and BEd program which it offers is valid hence it's applicable for government jobs as well, but you cannot apply in IGNOU based only on eligibility of graduation, there are also requirement of work experiences as well, so if you fulfill that then you need to appear for BEd Entrance Exam which is conducted by NTA, for more details regarding this, visit the official website at ignou.ac.in
I lost my application number of KAR TET how can download hall ticket
It is always advisable that student must keep login credential like registration number and password safe for future. If you have forgot your Kar tet registration number no need to worry as most of examinations conducting authority send registration number details via sms and email. You can check your sms and e-mail you will get your registration number.
If you cannot find it there you can raise your issue by writing a mail to authority
