I secured 50069 general rank in UPSEE can i get into UP TEXTILE TECHNOLOGY KANPUR and i have my General EWS certificate which i will upload during counssling so it will benifited or not...???

Although cut offs might vary this year. But unfortunately it is really difficult for you to get admission in UPTTI, Kanpur.
Also there is no special reservation for GEN-EWS. Only backward (OBC) categories of Uttar Pradesh are eligible for reservation in respective categories.

Considering it you have decent chances of getting seat in this college. But cut off may change depending on number of candidates applied, top score, normalized marks, number of seats available etc.
