WBNUJS, Kolkata does not provide the course of Bcom LLB. It provides admission to two 5 year integrated law courses- BA LLB and BSC LLB. If you wish to apply for these then you need to take the CLAT exam. Admission is done here only through your marks and rank in CLAT. The application process for CLAT has already started and will last till March, 2019.

To get admission in Andhra University for 5 years Law course, you have to appear in AP LAWCET. The eligibility criteria is:
*The candidates should have passed two-year Intermediate examination (10+2) pattern with 45% of the aggregate marks or any other examination recognized as equivalent by the University concerned or the Board of Intermediate Education, AP.
*The candidate should be an Indian national and should satisfy local/non-local status requirements as laid down in the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions.
After clearing AP LAWCET, counselling will be held for admission to AU.

yes there is fee concession for sc's for students while taking admissions in colleges. it is not fix that how much concession will be given . if you are going for thr govt college then maybe you will be admitted in the college and study there for free of cost. so try to take admission in govt colleges. all the best.
