i did 3 semesters of m.tech but couldnt able to submit thesis on time. am i eligible to complete it now after 4 yrs of gap ,, are there any rules or guidelines regarding this through which i can contact my college and they"ll help me to do so because im afraid to do so

Hello there. Hope you are doing good. I would like to tell you that every college/university has a certain period of time which allows a student to complete a degree. Since your gap year is too long, it might be difficult to complete your degree now. However, it is advisable to contact your college and ask them regarding your issue.
