I am sorry to say but with your rank you won't be able to get CSE or IT in TCE, Madurai. You can consider other colleges if you want to. 

I would suggest you to visit https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/tnea-cutoff to get information regarding the cutoffs of all the colleges and streams in the previous years and shortlist the ones where you can get CSE/IT with your rank. Having said that, I will also say that the cutoffs vary every year depending on the number of candidates, their rank, the number of seats available, etc.

By refering your tnea and community(MBC) rank you will be able to get seat in TCE and CIT for various courses such as Computer Science and engineering and so on.But as for as in MIT/CEG which is top colleges of tnea, it is difficult for you to get seat for various courses.

Thiagarajar College of Engineering is an institution affiliated to Anna University and is situated in Madurai. The college is funded by the central and the state governments and management. The courses offered in TCE are approved by the All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi. TCE was granted autonomy in the year 1987 and the programmes have been accredited by the National Board of Accreditation.
