Which college TKM Kollam or GEC Thrissur is best for chemical engineering ??

Both are good colleges for a student who seeking engineering degree. But both the colleges are entirely different in different aspects. TKM offers good placement,good faculty etc. GEC also offers these things too. But if you want a good ambients and College life better to opt GEC. TKM's campus is confined to a definite place. College life is minimum there.

GEC Thrissur is one of the best Govt Engineering Colleges. Located in cultural capital of Kerala, its a very politically active campus. Fees is very less as in TKM ,NSS. GEC has a good campus.
TKM is quite a small campus, probably only as big as two departments

Top companies like Kirloskar, Bajaj, Suszuki, jSW, ONGC, Aditya Birla Grpup are recruiters with average package of 4.3lpa.
TKM college of engineering and NSS ar ebette rknown for Computer science engineering.
Placements for core engineering is tad low.
Even ranking wise Government college of engineering is way better and is recommended.

SOrry you can get admission there without kean as you have to participate in keam to get admission there. SO go for it. All the best have a great future ahead.

thank you for approaching us . mechanical engineering in tkm has a fee of 0.25 lakh .Candidates with a pass in the Plus – Two Examination of Kerala Higher Secondary Board or its equivalent with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as optional subjects or any other examination accepted as equivalent thereto, securing a minimum of 50% marks in Mathematics and 50% marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry put together are eligible for admission. for further details regarding the same course in tkm visit the below given link .
