You can get that but first check the seat matrix released after each round.. If there is no seat then you might be choose other colleges or course.. As for Top colleges,you should govt,aided clg as first... If it's not available then choose private college with placement perspective.. Like srm, psna, psg, etc and google about it...

Yes you can just fill your choice filling if you get your favorite college you can go if you want to go next round just Choose the option "decline and move to next round " but better you can use first round because you can your fav college easily otherwise vacancy will be reduced

EEE stands for Electrical and Electronics Engineering and ECE stands for Electronics Communication Engineering.
