Congratulations on your score. OC means other class it comes under general category. It means you don't have any quota. As per my knowledge there isn't any college that comes under TNEA offers BTech in AI and DS. You can opt for other branches. You can download the list of previous year colleges and subject wise cutoff that come under TNEA.

sir, i am son of ex army . i applied for tnea. i didnt get allotment in special reservation quota. what should i do sir .

You won't get reservation for any quota without any proper certification.
If you are son of ex army there is a reservation quota for you called CAP. You need to apply for it in your REGIONAL SAINIK WELFARE OFFICE which is nearest to your house. You and your father must go along with your father's army certificates. You will be given an certificate called CAP certificate which provides you 2 percent reservation in TNEA counselling.
