Hello ! CBIT i.e. chaitanya bharathi institute of technology.  As per my knowledge  this is the private  college with good ranking in south india.  

This college  contain B.E. as 4 year course program 

There is no any integrated  courses of 5 year are available  in this college.  However  to take admission  in  chaitanaya bharathi institute 

You should  have to qualify  EANCET examination which is conducted by  government  authority  of andhra pradesh .

Yes, CBIT does accept JEE Main score. The cut offs for every course varies. For CSE, the closing rank is around 25000. For IT, it is around 50K. For Mechanical, the closing rank is around 40K. At 94.6 percentile, your rank will be from 59K to 66K. So chances are a bit on the lower side. You can however wait for the spot couselling and can get admission if some seats are not filled.
