For BSc hons physics from Delhi university best of three marks are calculated or best of four marks are calculated ?
Hey Harshil
According to the information provided by Delhi University, the cutoff of Delhi University is based on the aggregate of the following 4 subjects:
- Physics
- Chemistry
- Mathematics
- Compulsary language subject must be 50 percent
Hope this helps, all the best.
Sir I got 92.4 percent in 12th board .Which college in Delhi University can I get admission for Bsc (math)
Unfortunately no. With even a percentage as high as 92.4 you won't make it to a good college of the university of Delhi for pursuing Bachelor's of sciences in mathematics Honours. The cutoffs for mathematics Honours is always as high as more than 95 percentage for the top colleges of the North campus as well as for the south campus colleges. You might have had a chance if you belong to any of the reserved categories. You can get College's like zakir Hussain , deshbandhu college .
You can still wait for the actual cutoffs to be declared by the university of Delhi on their website.
You can reach out to us for more information regarding admissions procedure, important dates, cutoffs etc.
Hope it helps
Thanks

Is it compulsory to include mathematics in best 4 for bsc chemistry honours in delhi university?
Hello aspirant,
It is not compulsory to include Mathematics in the best of four calculation for B.Sc. Honours in Chemistry. You only need to have studied and passed Mathematics in Class 12. However, it is compulsory to include Chemistry otherwise you will have a disadvantage of 2.5 % on your best of four.
I got 87.5% in my board exam can i get admissions in bcom(honours) in delhi university north campus
No being from the general category itself makes it very difficult for you to get a good college and with 87.5 percentage in class 12th boards makes it all the way impossible. The cutoffs for the general category students is very high for the North campus colleges more than 95 percentage and as high as more than 90 percentage for south campus colleges. You won't get in a college as of now , let the actual cutoffs to be declared by the university of Delhi on their official website.

Now to check for list a you must go to to Delhi University web portal where they have mentioned the subjects you can choose for a best four calculation in case you do not choose one of them then there will be a reduction of 2.5% like if you to add physical education on music in your best of 4 then there will be a deduction of 2.5% from your overall the best of four percentage.
