Im not a topper and i get average marks in exam especially because of the pandemic my situtation have been worse without the basics of 11th (had whole 11th grade online) so i am worried about passing enterance tests (JEE mains, SRMJEE) and getting into coleges. What do i do?
Hello,
See, it does not matter if you are an average student or not. If you want to clear the exam and you are ready to give your all then you can pass it.
What you need now is practice since JEE exam is near. If you have completed the whole syllabus once then just go through them once again and start practicing as many questions as you can.
There are many good teachers who teach on youtube. You can take their classes if you think that some of your topic/chapter are weak.
I would recommend not to study those chapters which you haven't study even once. Just revise and practice those chapters that you have done before and master in them.
You must also solve previous year question paper and some sample papers also.
You can prepare well for JEE mains using our JEE mains knockout. The link for the same is provided below:

Sir, I am a NIOS student, and I heard of that BITS Pilani gives direct admission to their board toppers, altough its very tough.. but i just wanted yo know that does BITS also gives direct admission to NIOS board topper.?
Hi aspirant,
BITS Pilani offeres direct admissions to stand out performers of intermediate examinations across the various educational boards. The institution offers direct admissions to toppers of each zone from PCM and PCB that are associated with CBSE or ICSE, all state boards and any other Central education Board. Since NIOS comes directly under MHRD, so Yes the toppers from this board would also be eligible to get direct admission into BITS Pilani. However you must note that the scholarship provided to these candidates is only for the first semester and after that it will be decided based upon their performance in academics.
Hope it helps !

how to become neet topper next year
Hi
To be able to become topper you need to get rank 1 , you should target 720/720 to be on the safer side as there are instances when all India rank 1 has got full marks .
For example,
in NEET 2020, all india rank 1 had scored 720 marks, this year also in neet 2021 topper has got 720 marks. Now there are two things you need to do get rank 1 ,
-
First of all master your neet syllabus and
-
Second thing is practising mock test papers to avoid negative marking as many times we make silly mistakes and because of that we lose marks.
So you need to prepare well which you can do following the below mentioned tips:-
*Go well through ncert:- At least around 90-95% questions in neet are based on the concepts from ncert , go through solved examples and unsolved questions in the ncert , in biology study all the diagrams also , as diagram based questions are also there , so you need to master NCERT.
The top books which you can follow for the preparation of your NEET examination are provided below:-

-------) practice questions:- after finishing each chapter you should practice numericals and mcqs .You should practise at least 80 to100 numericals and mcqs in Each chapter to master concepts so that you can solve numericals and MCQs easily.
-------) Short breaks :- take short breaks in between your studies, studying continuously can be brain tiring and it becomes difficult to focus and study with concentration, so take breaks to relax and refresh your brain.
-------) Make short notes:- You should make chapterwise short notes for each chapter and it should contain all the important concepts and formulas. These short notes will be a great revision tool for your examination.
-------) Set goals :- set daily goals like I have to cover these many topics today, weekly goals like I have to cover these chapters this week and solve their mcqs too by the end of this week and similarly set monthly goals to cover the syllabus and meet them without any fail.
-------) Follow a routine or timetable :- you can make a routine and religiously follow it and try to give at least 7- 8 hours to study each day in your routine.
-
PHYSICS is the toughest part for most of the medical aspirants as it has both numericals and concepts to deal with ,so keep at least 3 hours each day for physics
-
In Chemistry you have to deal with reactions and learn them and solve questions as well, so give at least 2.5 hours to Chemistry
-
In biology you have to read, learn and revise again and again, so keep around 2.5 hours for Biology.
-------) Revise:- revise your concepts, formulas etc at regular intervals . Revision is very important otherwise as you move forward in your syllabus, you start forgetting the concepts you have learned before and you won't be able to perform well in your examination.
-------) Solve previous year NEET question :- Solving previous year questions will let you know the examination pattern, type of questions asked in the exam and difficulty level of questions, also concepts of the questions often gets repeated so it will be of great help to you . You can get previous year papers at https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-question-papers
-------) Go through NEET mock test papers :- Once you are done with your complete syllabus solve mock test papers as it will let you know your preparation level .After solving each mock test paper, analyse yourself which will help you to know your weak areas /topics so that you can work on them and them strong so that you can perform well in your examination.

Dear Aspirant
You don't have to worry if your allotted seat was cancelled due to not meeting some certain category, you still are eligible for further rounds of counseling but as a unreserved or general candidate. So you if your rank is good enough to get a seat through general category, then there shouldn't be any problem.
Hope this helps.
