As per the category if you belongs to sc or st then you get 100% scholarship from the government  and if you belongs to bc or oc then you get 40% as scholarship from government for example if your college fee is 50000 then you get 35k as scholarship and rest you need to pay

Now it is not possible to get your rank in ts eamcet because you haven't filled the qualifying marks in the website.Since you know that for ts eamcet 75% weightage of ts eamcet marks and 25% of ipe marks are considered, and it is important to fill the qualifying marks in the website to calculate your weightage.If you haven't filled it before the deadline you will not get your rank and cannot participate in ts eamcet counselling since you don't have your rank card.Now you cannot link your inter weightage marks as the deadline is over and the results have already been released.
