If you didn't qualify eamcet then you cannot participate in Ts eamcet counselling and you cannot get a seat in engineering colleges in telangana with your eamcet marks or rank.The only options left for you are getting a seat through management quota. The management quota fees for a college depends on the popularity of the college.More good the college is , more is the fees for management quota.Generally management quota for any college starts from 7 lakhs and might go up to 10-15 lakhs if it is a top college.For getting a seat in management quota you should directly contact the college.The management quota seat fee is paid only once and you need to pay the tuition fees every year. for example if the management quota seat is for 7 lakhs and the college tuition fees is 2 lakhs, then for 1st year you need to pay 7+2 =9 lakhs and for 2,3,4 years of btech you need to pay only 2 lakhs
