As per the official brochure, the TS EAMCET Veterinary Counselling for the academic session 2021 has not been completed yet. It will be conducted after the first round of NEET Counselling 2021. It will be very difficult to predict anything with certainty until the official announcement of cutoff. Because cutoff changes every year due to various factors such as number of students attempted exam and number of students participated in counselling, difficulty level of exam, reservations and more.

According to previous year cutoffs, of AP EAMCET to get admission in veterinary college under non farmer quota for any region one must secure state rank under 1200. But your ts is very low as required for college. Therefore you have have less chances to get veterinary college.
