You have not mentioned the Category you belongs to, so I'm considering it as General Category and giving information based on it. It is different to get free seat for your TS EAMCET Rank.

To get free seat/ full fees reimbursement, your TS EAMCET Rank must be less than 10,000 and your parents must not be Goverment employees and their income must be less than Rs. 2 Lakhs if you belong to OC or BC Category. If you belong to SC/ ST Category then you can get free seat irrespective of your TS EAMCET Rank but your parent's income must be less than Rs. 5 Lakhs per annum and they should not be government employees. You can get fees reimbursement if you are eligible and meets above mentioned criteria.

Hope you are doing fine! Based on previous year cutoff analysis the closing rank for G narayananama college was 94087 that too with sc category and electronics and telematics branch. The cutoff for cse branch was 32024 with bc c category. However this data is based on previous year cutoff this may vary according to number of seats, number of applicants, difficulty level of the exam etc.

For getting a free seat, it is said that the candidate must possess a rank below 20000 and income less than 2 lakhs per annum. They must also belong to any of of the quotas ( Indian Quota, State Quota, foreign National Quota and NRI quota). The competition is very high to make a mark within just 300 seats. Your rank is pretty to to acquire it and you will if you own a Quota.
