It is not necessary for you to appear in improvement exam in all the four subjects. It is your choice. If you want to give exam for all the four subjects again then surely you can, if it improves yourc hances of securing a seat in DU but it is not compulsory. At the end of the day it depends on the aggregate, if by giving only one exam your aggregate of the four subject crosses the cutoff required by particular colleges then you just haave to give one improvement exam. There is no deduction in the total marks if you have appeared for the improvement examination in one or kore subjects. If you obtain the improvement examination results on or before the Counseling then the marks if improved will be considered without any deductions you do not have to worry about it. You will be given a chance to upload the improvement examination marksheet.
CBSE has released a list of 113 courses that students can choose from after their 12th based on the subjects they had in their 12th. While we cannot list all the 113 courses, we shall enlist the courses for Science stream.

The question papers of the BA degree of the subjects that you are looking for is not be available on the internet and Other relevant platforms. But, for question papers and sample papers, you have to see your college and university official website. Because, some colleges and universities upload previous years question papers along with some sample papers for reference for students to study.
If it's also not available there, then you should contact your subject teachers. Usually the subject teachers of the particular subject have some reference materials for students which would be of great help to you.
