In 2023 neet off jipmer for mbbs - it closed at 277.

In 2022 neet cut off mbbs was 302

In 2021 closing neet at jipmer ( mbbs) was 231.

Private medical colleges do not participate in all India counselling, they offer admission through state counselling only but  yes deemed universities participate in all India counselling

It is difficult to make prediction as cut off keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like
