It depends upon a lot of factors such as the number of students appeared, the number of students appeared, the exam difficulty level, the highest score, whether you belong to any category or not. With 135 score in NEET under OBC category, you should get admission to bhms and bams college in Karnataka under OBC category, as the 50th percentile for general category,  40th percentile for SC/ST/OBC category which is 107-135 range of marks. Yes! You can Admissions in your mentioned courses which is matches with your marks i.e Marks required for BAMS in NEET is for OBC category is 86 marks, For BHMS you need to score at least 350 marks in your NEET Examination, BEMS i e NEET is not mandatory for this course because BAMS and BHMS course Admission is on the basis of NEET enterance examination, For UNANI The Minimum marks were 119 i e Qualifying marks for NEET in ZVM Unani Medical College & Hospital, Pune which is private college the merit list based with 360 marks in NEET.

The NEET result of 2022 will going to be released soon and expected to be released in August 2022.

Of course you can get admission in Al Arif Unani Medical College with 203 marks in EWS category.

Al Arif Unani Medical College is one of the reputed college in Telangana. Popularly known as Alarifumch Hyderabad. This B.U.M.S college is affiliated with KNR University of health care.

Cut off for B.U.M.S  is generally low and one can get admission with 350+ marks in general category but NEET has some reservations and due to these the cut off for these students get lower.

OBC                - 137-108

Ayurveda and Unani Tibbia College is a Government Constituent college under University of Delhi, Delhi . The college offers admission to the courses such as BAMS BUMS on the basis of NEET .

Now the official college hours aren't provided on the Ayurvedic and Unani Tibbia College Delhi isn't available.  So if its a half day or not isn't available on the official website and as a result can't be concluded. But in general, as per Government guideline, the Colleges used to have Saturday half day.
