see by clearing ugat exam there is no scholarship o  stipend provides, however some of the colleges has scholarship schemes for financially weaker students. so you need to search in college details which offers scholarships.

however after 10+2 course there is many government and private scholarship available for meritorious students like mhrd merit cum means scholarships, tata steel, loreal india, young india has scholarship schemes for ug students.

Free seat means if you obtain qualifying marks and you qualify the cutoff then you surely will secure a seat.
