see to opt for upsc ese (engineering services exam ) you need to be passed the btech o relevant course or in final year of studies. from your information it mentions that you will be in third year on 2021, upsc exam is held on january generally. age criteria is different as per category wise. for general age limit is 30, as on 1 january. relaxation is applicable for sc/st or obc/ ex serviceman quota candidates.
