I have done my PGDM (Equivalent to MBA) with dual specialization in HR & Systems. So Can I choose Code 17-Mgmt or should it be code 55-HRM i.e is Code 17 only for those who have taken "General Management" as their elective during their PGDM/MBA Course or is it that I am eligible for Code 17 as well?
Hi Vishnu. You are eligible to sit for both the exam papers offered by UGC NET i.e. code-55 for General Management and code-17 for HR. It is just that code-17 is easier than code-55 but you will get opportunities after clearing the code-55 general management paper. If you are more familiar with the HR concepts, i recommend you to go for code-17 paper.
