Sir my DOB 12-02 1994 can I fill net exam so plllzzzz reply
Hello Nitu
UGC NET Eligibility criteria is decided on the basis of two factors-
Age and Educational Qualification
According to the Age criteria for Junior Research Fellowship, candidates must not be more than 30 years as on December 1, 2018.
And, there is no such upper age limit of applying for the post of Assistant Professor.
Also, there is age relaxation for the reserved category. Candidates belonging to reserved categories can avail age relaxation as per their category.
For SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer)/Female/Transgender, age relaxation is of 5 Years
For Research candidates (only on producing the certificate issued by appropriate authority)- 5 Years
For Candidates pursuing L.L.M degree-3 Years
For Ex-Armyman- 5 Years
Your age is 24 years, so if you fulfill the educational qualification, you can appear for the exam.
Good Luck!
