Ktu has good nirf ranking than madras university as it holds 23position in nirf ranking . It has well organized non-smoking campus with a very studious enivronment . Many sponsors are invited to sponsor for several fests every year . College faculty is so helpful and understand students with their problems geniunely and provide them the best solutiions . Hostel life of Madras university is however better than KTU

Kerala University, established in 1937, is a good institute for various kinds of UG and PG courses.

Each year Kerala University conducts entrance examination for PG admission like MA / M.Sc / M.Com / MLISc / MCW / M.Ed / MCJ / M.Tech and LLM courses . Some of the important information about pg in Kerala:

• If you wish to apply for PG Programmes (irrespective of Category) you should strictly register online.

• After completion of the online registration, you should take printout of the same and keep it with you. The hard copy of the online application with supporting documents should be kept ready and it has to be submitted at the time of admission.

• If you come under the PWD (Persons with Disability) category should specifically mention the same at the time of online registration.

• If you come under SC/ST/OEC/SEBC then you are not eligible for BPL reservation. Only the general category candidates belonging to the Forward communities, who are economically backward, are eligible for BPL reservation. A certificate from the revenue authorities to that effect has to be produced at the time of admission.

• No memo will be sent by post in the case of defective applications. But edit option will be provided for a stipulated period and no corrections or changes will be allowed after the stipulated period.

• The centre of the Entrance Examination will be University of Kerala, Kariavattom Campus,

Thiruvananthapuram only.

The University of Kerala conducts it's own exam for engineering and other B.F.S.C courses,

Candidates will be selected on thr basis of their performance in Kerala engineering, architecture and medical, Pharmacy ( KEAM)  exam and to get admission through KEAM you need to get a rank below 3000 if you belong to General category for a good college.

Admission Process for Merit & Management seats:

•Admission to Merit and Management seats will be through allotment by the Commissioner of Entrance Examinations (CEE)

Eligibility Criteria:

However, candidates who have passed Higher Secondary Examination, Kerala, or Examinations recognized as equivalent thereto, with 45% marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry put together are eligible for admission under Management Quota in Private Self Financing Engineering Colleges/Government Controlled Self Financing Engineering Colleges.                  • In case, the candidate has not studied Chemistry, the marks obtained in Computer Science shall be considered. In case, the candidate has not studied Chemistry and Computer Science, the marks obtained in Biotechnology shall be considered. In case, the candidate has not studied Chemistry, Computer Science and Biotechnology, the marks obtained in Biology shall be considered. •The marks as shown in the mark list of the Board of Examination obtained from the respective Higher Secondary Board shall be considered for academic eligibility.

Yes you can do your internship in any of the colleges of your choice.

But there should be a review for whether the college / university you are willing to change for internship BMS is registered and approved by MCI Medical Council of India and authorised to enroll for  to get permission of  internship programme.

As you have mentioned that you want to change your internship from TN MGRMU to Kerala University for rotatory internship program so it can be said that most of the medical colleges in Kerala is approved by MCI as well as the Kerala Health Science University also.
