If I'm right, University of Lucknow takes in students not through UPSEE. So, that means University of Lucknow won't be participating in UPSEE counselling.

You are eligible for the integrated LLB of 5 year.You can easily apply for this course.the eligibility is just 50% in 12th.So you are eligible for admission.

Your question is not clear. Which improvement exam are you asking for? Which university you did your course from and have you completed your BBA?

NSIT takes the admission through JAC Delhi counselling on the basis of JEE Main score. As per the eligibility you should have minimum 60% in class 12th. You can check the further information with the given below link.
