I am extremely sorry to tell you dear but we cannot help you with 2020 or 2021 top 20 percentile for UP or any board.

This is because,

Top 20 percentile for different boards is released by josaa each year but for last year i. e 2020 and this year i. e 2021 , top 20 percentile criteria or at minimum% requirement of  l east 75% marks in class 12th if belongs to General or OBC category  or at least 65% marks in class 12th if belongs to Sc or St category IITs , NITs, IIITs, CFTIs has been removed .

so, Josaa had not released marks requirement to be in   top 20 percentile  of different boards in the year 2020 and will not release this year as well

All you need is to pass 12th , so josaa will not release top 20 percentile for this year .

• Jee main 2021 april session will be conducted from 20th - 25th july 2021.

• Jee main 2021 May session will be conducted from 27th july - 2nd August 2021.

*Jee main application Window for April session is open from 6 to 8 July 2021 (upto 09:00 PM). And while applying for April session one can apply for May session as well .The  application Window for May session  will be released separately from 9 to 12 July 2021 (upto 09:00 PM)

NCERT books are sufficient for any state board exam because while designing it, the moto of writers and publishers was to create something which can collectively help students of every part of India and and they can take reference from it.

If you have good basic command over the subjects or if you have got good teachers then you can surely go with NCERT and can perform really well in class 12th.

Now, if we talk about syllabus then it is same with just slight variation in few topics, because sometimes, you read extra in NCERT books which is out of syllabus from your state board syllabus, and in rare cases vice versa happens too but this is not something you should be very worried about because you must try to attempt or see previous year papers of your state board so that you can get clear idea about the variation f questions. You can also try for the model sets of question paper that is given by state board for practice.

Since you have not mentioned the name of course in which you are seeking admission so it is quite difficult to guide you with an accurate information. But as you have mentioned that you are pass-out from commerce so you might be interested in B.Com (//B.Com) Hons. course offered by colleges of DU.

See if we go through previous year's cut-off then on the basis of analysis of those cut-offs 79% would be quite less for B.Com (//B.Com) Hons. in any of the colleges of DU because the cut-offs are usually quite high even for SC category around 85% or more.

You did not mention the branch to which you want admission to JIIT.

see this year delhi university admission process including registration , choice filling will be based on online mode. admission will be based on merit basis i.e 10+2 score.

the cutoff score differs as per college wise and the stream you would choose. there is  around 80+ colleges under delhi university offering various ug, pg, phd courses.
