Sorry, but your question is not clear. It seems incomplete and the tags you have mentioned are not useful too. Kindly restructure your question and ask again including the necessary details. This will help us to give you full information.
If you ask about the postponement of exam or cancellations, class 10th CBSE exams are cancelled and students will be graded as per previous exams and pre- boards held by school.
There is no such news of exam cancellation for UP Board students.
Hope you understand.
Good luck!

See this is very first time when AKTU is going to take admission for it is B.Tech course on the basis of JEE-Main score so it is quite difficult to predict the admission chances in it or in any other UPSEE participating institutions because the admission chances can only predicted on the basis of previous year's cut-off rankings which are not available for it but still AKTU being a GFTI, you have quite less chances for any good college under AKTU on such percentile and category.
To have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your marks, category, and state you can use JEE-Main College Predictor:-

Hello,
Earlier Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination conducted by Dr A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow for admission in to Engineering and other professional courses. But from the Academic year 2021-22 the admission in to Engineering is based on merit in JEE Main. The seat allotment will be based in the total number of seats available, cut off rank, rank secured by the applicant, choice of college and branch, category etc. This is the first batch that is going to be admitted in the Engineering course based on JEE Main score so we do not have previous year cut off data to predict your chances of getting seat in a Government College. But you have scored a decent percentile, the expected rank with 80 percentile will be 204600 - 230000. Here is the link to our JEE Main rank predictor tool:
https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-rank-predictor/
If you belong to any reserved category you have chances to qualify in JEE Main considering the previous year cut off. To check the previous year qualifying percentile please click on the link below

Cut off changes every year depending on number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and number of seats available etc.
You can also find out the colleges in which you may get seat in other state like Maharashtra, Haryana, Uttarkhand using our JEE Main college predictor tool

can i. change my board in 12 th Maharashtra board to UP board
No Sakshi, sorry you cannot change your board in 12th class. You could have changed after 10th class on in 11th class but now you cannot change Maharashtra board to UP board or any other board. However, you can reappear in other board next year, by writing all the exams again.
Hope I answered your query, thankyou!
sir i am belonging to U.P. and maine UP board se 12th kiya h then kitne percentile pr home state se N.I.T. mil jayegi? If i am belonging from general categories.
