To transfer from CBSE board to UP board you will have to s umbit the class 10 marks sheet along with the transfer or migration certificate. The selection of the Candidate in class 11th depends upon the marks they have obtained in their 10th boards. Some specific schools also conduct entrance exam or admission test to get the students enrolled in their school.

No Sakshi, sorry you cannot change your board in 12th class. You could have changed after 10th class on in 11th class but now you cannot change Maharashtra board to UP board or any other board. However, you can reappear in other board next year, by writing all the exams again.

Cut off is subjected to change it may increase or decrease depending on factors like number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of exam and number of seats available etc.
