Hello aspirant
With the above mentioned NEET marks and with the above mentioned Category, looking at the previous year NEET Cutoff data, you have good chances of getting BAMS and BHMS seat in Government Colleges. The previous year required marks for BAMS and BHMS course in government colleges was around 300-350. So, you have good chances of getting Government Colleges.
Furthermore, as per the new NEET cut-off for BAMS, applicants belonging to the Unreserved or General category are required to score a minimum mark of 113. For applicants falling under OBC/SC/ST and disabilities quota, the cutoff mark required for BAMS in NEET 2022 is expected to be 86 .

i have 560 marks in neet obc quota, UP, will i get admission in mbbs pvt or govt?
Sorry, but at this rank, you have no chances of begging a seat in a government medical college of UP. At a score of 560 you can expect your rank to be around 47k - 48k as it was in NEET 2021 .
However this may vary this year as it depends on various factors like the highest score total number of candidates and the cut off this.

can i take up professional courses along with graduation after class 12 commerce, will CA and ICWA be relevant in the next 4 to five years or will some other takeover this certificates
Yes, you can take professional courses such as CA along with your graduation. Although you might face problems in college attendance as most college will require 75% attendance compulsory and as you will be taking tuitions for your professional courses. It might get difficult to manage both at the same time but there are many students that follow this path. So if you are good with time management then you can surely go with it.
About the CA course, it is not likely that any other course in this field will take over as every other day especially in our country, so many people are getting aware about personal finance and term related to finance. Hence it can be said that the scope and demand of CA will only increase in the next 4 to 5 years.

I have 71.8% marks in my cbse 12th board exams(passed in 2022) and am preparing for JEE. I want to give improvement exams in 2023 to better my percentage(up it to at least 80%). Will I have to give exams for all subjects or can I choose the subjects I want? And will I have to give practicals again?
Dear student,
Yes you can appear for the improvement exam. You can give the exam in all the five main subjects if you want. You can also choose the subjects you wish to reappear for.
Just remember you get only one chance for this. And you can apply for improvement within 2years after the year of passing.
All the best.
