Mostly UPSEE counselling held in an online mode and the candidates have to register themselves for the counselling from the website. Thereafter a list is prepared and the shortlisted candidates will be called out for the document verification later on,where are all the documents of your will be examined whichever you have uploaded on the website and they must match.
There is a minimum of 5 times counselling gets done.
After the verification of a document there will be e choice filling and preference locking process according to the merit and there you have to choose your course and the college you want.
Then according to your merit you will be getting some of the suggested colleges and the courses and your online willingness and confirmation will make your admission to the next step and the last step that is for reporting your admission and paying your fees.

I applied for UPSEE counselling and I got a seat allotted to me in round 1 but I didnt pay the 20k fees and now I didnt get a seat in round 2 what will happen now will I get a different seat in the next round or am I out of the counselling list ?

As per the information available in the UPSEE 2021 Information Brochure candidates who haven't paid seat acceptance fee in round one of the counselling and Candidates who are ineligible after the online document verification are not eligible to participate in the second round of the counselling. As you haven't paid the seat acceptance fee you aren't eligible to participate in upcoming rounds of the counselling.
My OBC rank is approx. 2.5 lakh can i get MJPRU CS branch through UPSEE Counselling
Hi aspirant, since you have 17433 rank in UPSEE as well as girl rank i.e. 3347 as well as you belong to OBC category so on this rabk I can assure you confidently that you will get into VBSPU, Jaunpur. By the way you may have to sacrifice for CSE branch their but since you have girls rank with OBC category you can also get CSE for sure.

I registered and uploaded my documents for UPSEE counselling 2021 on 22/10/2021. It has been two days and my documents havent been verified yet. Since tomorrow is the last date for document verification and choice filling for round-2 of UPSEE councelling 2021 so, what should I do now?

if i chose float and go to 2nd round upsee counselling then what will happen to the amount i have paid inr20000

The seat acceptance amount will be transferred or adjusted to the institute fee if you do not withdraw the amount and quit counselling in round 2 or round 3. If you withdraw the seat acceptance fee in round 2 then Rs. 15,000 will be refunded to you if you belong to general category and if you withdraw in round 3 then Rs. 10,000 will be refunded. If you withdraw the seat acceptance amount then you cannot participate in upcoming rounds.
