As per your BCGL rank you can definitely get IET Lucknow as the closing rank for 1st and 2nd round pervious year were 198 and 297 respectively.

The best college you can get is Galgotias University. If you are getting it then definitely go for it. But if yoy are not getting it then try to appear for other competitive exams since you have a pretty good rank and you can surely perform well in other competitive exams. Because you'll be investing a lot of money so it's advisable to get into a good college.
