According to last some years cut offs sorry to say but your chance in IET, Lucknow, KNIT and BIET  for CSE or IT  are very very low or probably no any chances of getting CSE or IT branch in this colleges but yes you can get the chemical or mechanical branch in this institutions.

There is girls quota rank, means for a girl there will will be two ranks that will be shown there first is the overall rank and second one that will be the rank according to the girls quota. But dear, you will be alotted college based upon your overall rank only in call the rounds of counseling. I am sharing this thing on the basis of my experience. I've also been alotted the college on the basis of my overall rank as I have also taken my college through uptu counseling.

I also used to think that I'll be given college through my girls Quota rank but nothing like these wonders happened.

Since you are not able to participate for the counselling process you can either go for spot counselling procedure of UPSEE or you can seek direct admission to courses in private engineering colleges which is through management quota. There are several good private engineering colleges offering management quota seats to candidates.

you can apply to get into any private medical college in india like private medical colleges of karnataka or maharashtra as the fee is quite less there around 6-7 lakes per annum and also they provide with all the latest equipments and facilities required during mbbs course.

Also maharashtra and karnataka have maximum no. Of private colleges in the country so you have more and better options to chose from.
