As there is nothing announced for UPSEE 2018 cut off but as per previous year information the closing rank for CS for OBC category was 1563 so according to that the marks should be 450+. So plan and prepare accordingly so that you can get admission in your desired college.

No, the admission will be done on the basis of Jee score/rank only as UPSEE rank will not be considered for admission there.
