If at all TS Eamcet considers AP Eamcet ranks then why would they conduct exams separately as Ts Eamcet and AP Eamcet. They could have conduct as one Joint exam. TS Eamcet never considers AP Eamcet ranks and AP Eamcet ranks never considers TS eamcey rank. If you want seat in TS Eamcet colleges, You need to write TS eamcet exam and go through counselling to get seat, else go through management or NRI Quota in the colleges. Usually the Management quota seats under TS Eamcet colleges ranges from 50,000 to 16 lakhs.

To get B-Category admission in vasavi college of engineering, you All india rank in JEE mains must be below 1,20,000. Your category ranks will not be valid for B-Category Admission. They also give Admission based on IPE marks under NRI quota where you need to pay approximately or more than 5,000$ per year. The tution fee at Vasavi college of engineering is 1,60,000. NRI quota students no need to pay tution fee and JEE mains students must pay tution fee and they are not elgible for Fee reimbursement.

There is no hostel facility for both girls and boys in the college. There are some private hostels around college within 2-3 kms. The fee is around 5k to 7k per month. where you need to check a better hostel among them. The college doesn’t provide hostel facility.
