Your ts eamcet marks are very low based on this marks you will get very long rank your rank must be 50k plus so you will not get seat in this vasavi engineering college which is located in hyderabad. Because It is one of the top most college in telengana or in hyderabad for your rank you will not get seat in this colleges.

The tution Fee at Vasavi college of engineering is ₹1,60,000/- for everyone. However being from ST category, if you submit income certificate below 2.5 lakh at the time of counselling then you are elgible for full reimbursement or else even if you get rank below 10,000 then you are elgible for full fee reimbursement. If you do not submit the above doccument or if you don’t get rank below 10,000 you are not elgible for full fee reimbursement. You can get 35,000 fee reimbursement if you get admission in college through TS Eamcet counselling. If you fail to maintain 75% attendance in any academic year then your fee reimbursement will be cancelled for that whole academic year too.

If you belong to OC Category your rank should be below 1500, If you belong to BC category your rank should be below 7,000 and if you belong to SC/ST Category your rank should be below 15,000 to get Computer Science and Engineering at Vasavi College Of Engineering. Vasavi college of engineering comes under top 10 Engineering colleges of Hyderabad. The tution fee at Vasavi college of engineering is 1,60,000/- per year. The admission into vasavi engineering college is mainly done by the basis of the eamcet counselling in based on the rank secured by the candidate.
For the calculation of the rank 75% is considered from the ecet exam written by you and the 25% weigjtage is the ipe marks scored by you in the ipe examinations in the group subjects.
The seats in the ts engineering colleges are mainly filled by the counselling after ts EAMCET by a separate procedure and these are called as convenor quota seats these are considered as a category seat this will be filled based on your EAMCET rank And your caste.
Now then there is another category call b category which is filled based on the JEE mains score and and your Ipe marks percentage so this can be a chance if you have scored something good marks in the jee and In the ipe exams.

Now you have mentioned your jee main percentile then you need to get the seat from b category but your percentile will not fetch you a core branch in vasavi college you can get a non core branch in it try your luck.

In B- Category Admission colleges like CBIT, Vasavi doesn‘t conside category rank your All india mains rank must be below 1,20,000 to get Admission under B-Category. The tution fee is 1,60,000/- per year and these students will not be elgibile for fee reimbursement. They also give admission based on NRI quota under B-Category where you need to pay 5,000$ every year as tution fee and no need to pay 1,60,000/- additionally again. It is just like management quota. Can I get CSE seat in vasavi engineering college with 61marks in ts Eamcet2019 and 574/600 in board ?

From the previous years' records, 61 marks will give you rank close to 15K-18K. But, the cut-off mark for Vasavi College for general category is close to 2K-7K. So, you might not be able to do it. Maybe you might get lucky if you get less rank thank 15K. You can also try for other prestigious colleges like JNTUs as your rank is a good one.
