Firstly I would say the cut off for VASAVI is 10000 approx according to previous college cutoff lists and I assume that is little high right now in the coming years too.
Secondly, I would like to say that the chances for BCD girl are a little low on your end as the seats will get full and your rank is a little lower than expected. Also, I would suggest you keep back up colleges ready just in case for your admission preference, as your chances are low for admission under that category.
