The cut off of every year varies as it is dependable on a number of factors like, number of students appearing for the entrance, availability of seats, etc. But tallying with previous year's cut offs you might have a chance to get admission in IT stream of VVIT. However you might have to wait till the last few rounds of counselling. I must mention there is no special reservation for EWS category in VVIT, so you must think about it.
