Dear aspirant,
As you have secured 554 marks so let me tell you that there are fair chances for you to get a veterinary seat but there are other factors that needs to be considered like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.

Hlo sir..., can i get a gov veterinary seat with 339 neet 2021 marks belonging to SC category ....???through VCI counselling ...?
Greetings Aspirant,
I hope you are doing well. I see that you have scored 339 marks in your neet examination. With the marks scored the chances are a bit low for you to get a government seat for BVSC course. Anyways you could get a seat in a private college. Also you could try for alternate courses like BAMS or BHMS which you have more chances to get a government seat.
Anyways I see that you are from Andhra Pradesh, so these are few of the colleges you could apply for MBBS in Andhra Pradesh.
1. College of Veterinary Science, Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh.
2. College of Veterinary Science, Prodattur, Andhra Pradesh.
3. Shree Venkateshwara Veterinary College, Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh.
4. College of Veterinary Science, Vijayarampuram, Andhra Pradesh.
5. College of Veterinary Science, Garividi, Andhra Pradesh.
Ayurveda Colleges in Andhra Pradesh. (BAMS)
1. Dr. NTR University of Heath Sciences, Vijaywada, Andhra Pradesh.
2. Sri Venkateswara Ayurvedic College, Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh.
3. Ayurvedic College and Hospital, Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh.

can i get veterinary seat under vci with neet rank of 91144 with general category
Hello aspirant,
On the basis of previous year cutoffs trend, one must score atleast 530+ marks in NEET UG exam and the rank must lie under 35k to 40k atleast to get admission in government veterinary college in Karnataka. Since your rank is too far from what being required therefore you have low chances of getting admission in government veterinary college. But you can try for private BVSc college.
Also remember that nothing is confirmed yet as cutoff changes every year due to various factors such as number of students attempted exam and number of students participated in counselling, difficulty level of exam, reservations and more. For more college options at your rank you can use our NEET UG college predictor tool too:

What is the procedure to join Veterinary college through VCI counselling based on neet marks??
Hi.
The Veterinary Council of India conducts the online counselling for admission to Bachelor of Veterinary Sciences and animal husbandry (15% quota) and the remaining 85% through state authorities, which will be on the basis of marks scored in NEET.
1. First, you need to register on the site http://vci.dadf.gov.in/counseling by mentioning the NEET roll number, name, category and all other required details.
Then, the registration fee needs to be paid which is INR 1000 for general category, INR 900 for EWS/OBC and INR 500 for SC/ST/PWD.
2. The next step involves choice locking of preferred colleges. You need to select your desired colleges and then lock it. There is no limit to the number of colleges you can lock. Once satisfied with your preferences, you need to submit the application.
3. After the registration closes, the result of counselling is released in the form of merit list. There will be Round 1, Round 2 and mop up rounds according to the number of seats left.
4. If your name is included in the merit list, you need to report to the allotted college with all the required documents on the date and time assigned. Do not forget to carry NEET score card, NEET admit card, 6-10 passport size photographs, aadhar card for identity proof, class 10 and 12 marksheets, character and transfer certificate and caste certificate if you do not belong to the general category.
Hope it helps!
