My Manipal Rank is 6534. What branch can I get and which campuses of Manipal? I am already enrolled in Cse core in VIT Chennai. So, is it worth leaving if I get the respective branch in Manipal??
Hey Aspirant,
Both Manipal and VIT are among the top 5 private colleges for engineering in India. At 5th his rank in manipal you will not get CSE or IT or ECE. So what I would suggest is you should go for VIT , since you have already got CSE core. And in private colleges it doesn't really make a difference if you are in the top colleges.
I hope this helps!

1)bsc biomedical science in Ramachandra University 2)btech biotechnology in sathyabma University 3)Btech Biotechnology in srm University 4)bsc biotechnology in manipal University 5)bsc+MSc biotechnology in vellore institute of technology 6)bsc biotechnology in Amrita University arrange in top order
As per the information available online, I would arrange them in the following order(here the course structure and the greater possibility of getting a job is considered):
- Btech Biotechnology in srm University
- bsc+MSc biotechnology in VIT
- btech biotechnology in sathyabma University
- BSc Biotechnology in Amrita University
- bsc biotechnology in manipal University
If you are aspiring to do job after your bachelors then go for BTech courses and if you aspire to go for research or advanced studies then I would say BS-MS is more preferable. If you want to study MS from different institute then you can go for BS.
** This is based on observations and information available. Before taking decision you should personally check all the colleges and decide remembering the facts provided.
