Tech seat in software engineering under category 1 at the VIT Vellore campus, one may need to score between 3471 and 6722. A +2 (or its equivalent) student's total marks across all subjects should equal 55% in PCM.

VIT only allows students who have been selected in central government exams like the Indian Air Force or Naval Forces exams to leave their institution without paying the 4 years dee. They would give you your original certificates within 1 to 2 weeks, but they would first ask you to show your offer letter.

However, if you want to join any other college, you would have to pay the full 4-year fees.
